I am a certified 500 hour RYT yoga teacher with additional certifications in restorative and chair yoga. I am also a Yoga teacher trainer mentoring new teachers in their journey to share yoga with their communities.
I was born and raised in Texas and currently reside in Delaware. Married and mom to two amazing children and two yorkie fur-babies. I am an outdoor adventure seeker and most days you can find me on, in, or near the water.
I want to share yoga with everyone. It does not matter how old you are, how limited your mobility may be, or how "inflexible" you feel that you are - Yoga is for EVERYONE!
CLASSES WE OFFER
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of this practice your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. All postures are done on the floor and are held for longer durations with an emphasis on support and comfort. Relaxing breath techniques are added for total relaxation. We will use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop in the passive poses.

SLOW FLOW YOGA
Slow Flow Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience. We will use yoga blocks, bolsters and yoga straps.
Tuesdays at 7:00PM EST

I recommend that you have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, bolster, and blanket available for use during class.
